Nova Destinations, LLC ("Nova," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at nova.wine and the Nova Destinations mobile application. Our principal place of business is 1474 State Route 208, Pulaski, PA 16143. You can reach us at hello@nova.wine.
Information you provide: When you create an account, purchase tickets or products, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth (for alcohol purchases), shipping address, and payment information. Payment card data is processed by Square, Inc. and is never stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically: When you use our site we collect browser type, IP address, pages visited, and time spent on pages. We use this to improve our services.
Wonder Network data: If you participate in Project Wonder, we collect NFC tap events, story progress, and attunement status associated with your account.
We use your information to process orders and ticket purchases, send order confirmations and receipts, verify age for alcohol purchases (required by law), send event reminders and marketing emails you have opted into, improve our website and app, comply with legal obligations, and operate Project Wonder interactive experiences.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate: Square (payment processing), VinoShipper (alcohol shipping and compliance), Supabase (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Render (web hosting). Each provider is contractually required to protect your data.
For alcohol shipments we collect and verify your date of birth as required by state law. This information is shared with VinoShipper solely for shipping compliance and age verification at delivery. We do not use your date of birth for any other purpose.
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your cart. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell browsing data to advertisers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@nova.wine. We will respond within 30 days. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
We retain order records for seven years as required for tax and legal purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Wonder Network progress data is retained as long as your account is active.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
